About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive self‑starter with a strong can‑do attitude, who is self‑motivated, adaptable to change, and driven by a tech‑first mindset. You’ll help build the HR functionality of the future, integrating AI and modern digital tools into everyday operations.
This is a high-impact role where you will build, improve, and drive HR practices across teams, working closely with leadership to support business goals and growth.
You will play a key role in creating structure, improving ways of working, and strengthening how we operate as one organization across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central point of contact for HR across all countries where Besedo operates.
Drive the People strategy aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and effectiveness of HR processes (onboarding, performance, offboarding, policies).
Support and coordinate compliance with local employment laws and practices.
Work closely with Finance to support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and alignment.
Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and business performance.
Drive initiatives around engagement, wellbeing, and employee experience.
Shape and reinforce a strong company culture that supports performance and collaboration.
Support and develop managers through clear frameworks, coaching, and guidance.
Ensure HR operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned across locations.
Work Environment (Physical & Remote)
Ensure global teams have the tools, support, and environments they need to perform effectively.
Oversee physical office facilities and support effective remote working practices.
General
Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Adapt and take ownership of additional priorities as business needs evolve.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
Strong experience in HR operations, including process ownership and scaling across teams.
Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Solid understanding of HR compliance.
Experience managing end-to-end HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance, ER, offboarding).
Experience working closely with Finance on payroll or people-related processes.
Ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence decision-making.
Comfort working in a lean environment with a proactive, can-do attitude.
High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to drive things forward independently.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
