Privacy policy for the Besedo employer branding and recruitment
Thank you for your interest in Besedo. We are committed to protecting your privacy. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Besedo Global Services AB, Stockholm-Sweden.
We process information provided in your application, including contact details, professional experience, education, and any information provided during interviews or assessments.
We process your data to manage our recruitment process. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in evaluating candidates for employment and your explicit consent when you opt-in to our talent pool for future opportunities.
Your data is accessible only to authorized HR personnel and hiring managers. We use OneRecruiter as a data processor. If your data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the recruitment process. If you are not hired, we will keep your data for a period of 2 years to consider you for future roles, unless you request its deletion earlier.
We implement robust technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your personal information.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete (right to be forgotten), or restrict the processing of your data.
